THE NEXT CHAPTER OF THE BLACK BADGE STORY DAWNS

THE NEXT CHAPTER OF THE BLACK BADGE STORY DAWNS “Black Badge is for those driven by the same restless spirit that propelled company forefather C.S Rolls’ exploration of the limitations of powered land and air travel. It is an alter-ego for our marque that captivates the disrupters, the innovators and those that accept no limitations. Standing as a truly Bespoke response to the desires of a new breed of entrepreneur, Black Badge has already distinctly amplified the characters’ of Ghost and Wraith motor cars, placing them into consciousness of those that seek a commanding presence in the objects they commission. Overwhelming demand from new patrons of luxury tells us the time is now right to apply this assertive, confident and powerful attitude to Dawn and open this truly transformative presence to the world.” Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars At the Geneva…

The Ultimate in Bespoke from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

ROLLS-ROYCE ‘SWEPTAIL’ – THE REALISATION OF ONE CUSTOMER’S COACHBUILT DREAM When, approximately one year ago, Rolls-Royce presented 103EX to the world, it invoked its coachbuilding heritage to inspire its future clientele. This Vision Vehicle envisaged a world of completely personal luxury mobility where new technologies would allow every Rolls-Royce to be designed in their owners’ image, should they wish. Such a Rolls-Royce would represent the truest meaning of luxury – a personal, Bespoke motor car like no other for each individual commissioning patron. The mere idea of a modern coachbuilt Rolls-Royce was not enough for one Rolls-Royce connoisseur however. This individual approached the marque with his own idea of a two-seat Rolls-Royce that he wanted to be created in the here and now. That motor car is here, now and is christened ‘Sweptail’. In a nod to the swept-tail of certain Rolls-Royces from the…

Rolls-Royce Phantom: To Drive or Not To Drive?

Rolls-Royce Phantom: To Drive or Not To Drive?

Phantom: To Drive or Not To Drive? The hugely majestic Rolls-Royce Phantom edges up towards and then past me, eases to a stop and gracefully reverses back to it’s allotted position. The occupants disembark and give thanks to their temporary companion for his service. This very efficient chap ensures that all is perfect before looking over and giving me ‘the nod’. I begin to approach the Phantom and can’t help but focus on it’s sheer size. The simple, impressive design holds only a faint resemblance of the marque’s more memorable design history. The overall proportions are there but gone are the famous flowing designs of the Silver Cloud and Silver Wraith. A more contemporary design has taken over and dare I say it, it’s parent company’s influence is apparent. Nevertheless, the Phantom is a very impressive sight and worthy of the badge. “Good afternoon sir….

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars returns to the Stunning Venue at Porto Cervo.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars returns to the Stunning Venue at Porto Cervo.

An excellent opening gathering on 18 July 2015, flagged the official start of the Sardinian season and the opening of the Rolls-Royce Summer Studio at Porto Cervo, Sardinia on the island’s spectacular Costa Smeralda. The Studio has quickly made its name as a social centre for the temporary occupants as the stand-out venue in one of the most stylish and enduringly cool enclaves on the planet. The exceptionally contemporary space, which resides within the walls of the Prommenade Du Port, has proved the ideal setting to unwind following a day at sea. The Studio has been created to present clients and guests with an supremely sumptuous yet casual setting, more likened to an exclusive club or venue than the more customary dealership environment. A selection of current Rolls-Royce models will be available, including Phantom, Ghost and Wraith, for those wishing to experience a spectacular…

Rolls-Royce Phantom Limelight – A Phantom for the Stars

Rolls-Royce Phantom Limelight – A Phantom for the Stars Rolls-Royce already produce what are widely recognised as the best luxury motor cars in the world, with the Phantom being the pinnacle model.
